Resistance to Horizontal Flammability Tester for Cellular Plastics-foam Combustion

Application:

1. The machine is suitable for the determination of the ralatively vertical flammability performance of small hard foam and foam rubber sample
2. This machine is suitable for the determination of the foam horizontal flammability performance
3. This machine is suitable under laboratory conditions, assessment of ISO 845:1985 Determination of density less than 250 kg / m ^ 3r foamhorizontal flammabilit performance of the sample in a small flame burning.
4. The test results as a basis for risk assessment under actual conditions of use of fire.

Theory:

1. Vertically flammability performance test: The specification specimen suspended vertically in the vertical burning chimney within an angle of 15 degrees with a certain height of the flame, burning the bottom of the sample after 10s flame is removed, calculates the combustion time and the quality of the combustion residues.
2. The horizontal flammability performance tests: Specification the sample placed horizontally on the sample holder, backward edge flame burning certain height of the flame vertical edge of the sample 60s, to calculate the rate of burning through the burning time or tag line.
