VD-I Reduced Pressure Vacuum Distillation Boiling Point Test Apparatus

Summary

VD-I vacuum distillation apparatus is designed and made as per the industrial standard of People's Republic of China SH/T0165-92 Standard Test Method for Distillation of High Boiling Point of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure. It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of high boiling point petroleum products, such as wax oils, lubricating oils, etc.

I. Main technical features

1. VD-I vacuum distillation apparatus is desktop structure. It is composed of distillation test part and vacuum process part. It can meet requirements of SH/T 0165

2. The power of the heating furnace can be adjusted continuously. It equips a cooling device to make the heating furnace cooled down rapidly after determination. It is convenient for next test.

3. The vacuum pump has good effect. The max residual pressure is 2mmHg.

1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz

2. Heating power: Heater for distillation flask:1000W,Heater for receiver:350W

3. Heating power for distillation flask: (0～1000)W, adjustable

4. Temperature range for air bath of receiving flask: Ambient to 100℃, adjustable

5. Temperature sensor of air bath: Pt100, RTD

6. Temperature control mode for air bath: Digital temperature controller

7. Temperature control precision: Set temp. ±1 ℃

8. Capacity of buffer vessel: 1000 ml

9. Max. residual pressure: 2mmHg

10. Illumination light in the air bath: Energy saving lamp
