1.Question: How to maintain the Martindale tester when it is not used for a long time?

- Answer: The equipment should be cleaned thoroughly to remove surface dust and residual fibers. Disconnect the power supply and cover the equipment with a dust - proof cover to prevent dust from entering. Regularly (such as monthly) power on the equipment for inspection to ensure that all components are functioning properly.

- Answer: First, check whether the test process was carried out strictly in accordance with the specifications, including sample preparation and parameter setting. Check whether the abradants meet the requirements and whether there are any damages or improper usage.
